Are travel expenses included in your packages, or covered additionally?

Sessions outside of Concord, CA are subject to a travel fee based on distance. Any applicable travel costs will be discussed and confirmed prior to booking.

What if we need to reschedule?

Life happens. Sessions may be rescheduled with sufficient notice and subject to availability. Retainers are transferable to a new date but are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours' notice and is subject to photographer availability and approval. Cancellations 7 days or more before the session may receive a deposit refund; cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit.

Can I customize a photography package to fit all my needs?

Most definitely! I'm always so happy to talk about what your vision is for the shoot, and to curate the perfect package for what works best for you.

How long does it take to receive the final photos?

Your fully edited gallery will be delivered within 1–2 weeks of your session date. If you'd like expedited delivery, additional fees may apply.
